We are experts in the ICT field who have worked as a team over the last ten years and decided to create synergy by formalising the team as KCL. We have researched various aspects of ICT for development, with particular focus on telecommunications policy and regulation, in several countries in Africa as part of different research teams the greater Research ICT Africa Team. We have supported policy and regulatory analysis and development, as well as capacity building for policy makers and regulators, within Africa and around the world. We have implemented policies at institutional, national, and international level, and therefore regard ourselves not just as experts, but experts who have also lived the experience.
